At The reborn company, our priority is your satisfaction with our products. Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, broken, or shows signs of use upon delivery. note that the products could be only exchanged. we do not allow refund for any orders. For damaged product exchanges, please email us atΒ info@thereborncompany.comΒ within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by an uncut unboxing video. Regrettably, we cannot entertain exchange requests beyond this timeframe.

**ORDER CANCELLATION:**

For order cancellations, email us atΒ info@thereborncompany.com. We can cancel orders only if the products haven't been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

**PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATION:**

We do not accept partial cancellations, and refunds are not provided for partially returned orders.

**EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):**

You can exchange your T-shirt incase you have received any damaged items. SIZE EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PRODUCTS. the customer should confirm their size and fit (according to the size chart and fit description) before placing an order.If you insist to exchange the product on size issues, the customer is chargeable for the exchange pickup and re-shipping the package.

**SHIPPING TERMS FOR EXCHANGES:**

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we confirm the receive the product intact, we'll arrange a replacement order.
